1. The Regulations are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing a residence card. By signing a residence card, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepted the Hotel regulations. 2. In order to correctly identify the persons the Hotel enters into an agreement with, they have to show an ID card or passport.

3. Payment for the stay is charged in advance. If the Guest express a Payment upon check-out, then at the conclusion of the contract, the Hotel will pre-authorize the Guest's credit card.

4. The hotel night lasts from 2.00 pm until 12 noon the next day. Unless otherwise booked, the room is booked for one night.

5. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the hotel guest will be notified by 10.00 on the day on which the date will be longer. Hotel in the wish to extend your stay in your abilities.

6. Early departure for reasons beyond the hotel's control (eg Work at home, sickness: Guest, other company, other random accidents regarding the Guest), that force the Guest to leave the Hotel earlier does not entitle him to claim a refund for unused nights.

7. In the case of a no-show without cancellation, the Hotel charges 100% of the reservation. The Hotel Manager may agree to cancel the booking free of charge, however only for valid reasons, justified and documented by the Guest in writing.

8. The Hotel is required to provide: * conditions for full and unhampered Guest rest * security of stay, including the confidentiality of information about the Guest * professional and courteous service * cleaning the room and performing necessary repairs of the devices while the Guest is absent and in case of his presence only if he agrees and wishes * if possible, another room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience if the room faults cannot be removed.

8a. In justified cases, the Hotel reserves the right to check the technical condition of the room, even in the case of placing a "Do not disturb" tag.

9. At the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:

* providing information related to stay and travel * wake up service * luggage storage for Hotel’s Guests

10. For children under 3 years - the stay is free of charge if they sleep on the bed with their parents.

11. Breakfast is served in the Hotel restaurant from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, and on Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 am -11:00am. Please do not take out food outside the restaurant. Room service is extra paid.

12. It is forbidden in a Fryderyk Restaurant to bring and consume alcohol and meals bought outside our restaurant.

13. Animals are not accepted. In exceptional situations, please contact us - an additional fee of PLN 80 per night.

14. The Hotel is liable for loss or damage of items brought by the Guests in the scope specified in the provisions of art. 846-852 of the Civil Code. The Hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value if these items are not deposited at the reception. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items, large sums of money, security-threatening items and bulky items that cannot be placed in a deposit. The Hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.

15. The Guest should notify the Hotel reception about the damage immediately after its detection.

16. The Hotel Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the hotel's equipment and technical facilities, resulting from his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The Hotel has the right to charge the guest's payment card for damage caused by Guest (also upon their departure), and if the card is not available, the Hotel has the right to request financial compensation from the Guest.

The Hotel will charge the Guest: for destroying the hotel bedding, PLN 250.00; for destroying the hotel towel/s PLN 150.00; for smoking in the Hotel area PLN 600.00; for the devastation of a hotel room- an amount equivalent to the price of renting the room for the period of excluding it from sale and the price of repair or purchase of equipment damaged by the Guest.

17. Each time leaving the room, the Guest should check the closing of the door and leave the key/card at the reception. The loss of the card is a fee of PLN 50.00,-

18. The Hotel Guest cannot sublet the room to other people, even if the period for which he had paid the fee due has not expired.

19. Persons not registered at the Hotel, may stay in a hotel room from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. The Guest will be charged an additional fee upon check-out 100.00 PLN per person per night, in case of unauthorized people staying in their room between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.

20. The Hotel requires keeping quiet at night from 10.00 pm till 7.00 am.

21. If the Guest under the influence of alcohol and / or intoxicants disturbs the peaceful stay of other Guests or the hotel's operation, he is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel's requests to cease disturbing peace, pay for any damage and leave the Hotel, without the right to claim a refund for unused benefits. In the event of a Guest's refusal, he may be removed from the Hotel.

22. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use open fire in rooms (eg candles, tea lights), and electrical devices that are not part of the hotel room equipment (eg heaters, electric irons).

23. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire facility, including hotel rooms. In the event of a breach of the ban, the Guest will be charged with the cost of refreshing the room in the amount of PLN 600.00 and the intervention of the fire brigade. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's payment card.

24. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the hotel regulations causing damage to hotel property or Guests or damage to the Guest, Hotel staff or other people staying in the Hotel or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of the Guests or the functioning of the Hotel.

25. Personal belongings left by a leaving Guest in a hotel room will be send back to the address indicated by the Guest, at his expense, by handing them over to the courier ordered by the Guest. If the Hotel does not receive such an instruction, the Hotel will store these items for one month and after then they will be considered abandoned.

26. A video monitoring system is installed in the hotel. Monitoring serves to improve the safety of Hotel Guests and property.

27. The Hotel is not responsible for photos taken in the facility and made available on the Internet by unauthorized persons not connected with the Hotel.

28. Hotel Fryderyk is located in the city paid parking zone. Fees apply from Monday to Friday from 08.00 AM till 6.00 PM. About 50 meters from the Hotel there is a free unguarded car park. Detailed information about parking possibilities is available at or at the reception desk. The Hotel is not financially responsible for the guests' fines received as a result of failure to pay the parking fee or collection of tickets entitling them to a free stopover.
