The Management of the Hotel will highly appreciate your cooperation in observing these regulations to ensure a peaceful and safe stay of our guests.

1. All guests are requested to register at the reception and to settle the bill on their arrival.

2. Hotel rooms are rented per night.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

3. Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the date given while checking-in are kindly asked to inform our reception before 10:00 a.m. on the original departure date.

4. Extension of stay will be ensured subject to room availability.

5. The Hotel is obliged to ensure:
- best possible conditions for a full and comfortable stay,
- guests` safety with regard to their personal information,
- professional and friendly staff
- daily housekeeping and providing all necessary maintenance of devices during the absence of a guest or in their presence only with their consent or on their request,
- locating guests in different rooms, if faults in their rooms cannot be removed. In case of room unavailability, the hotel will mitigate any inconveniences in other ways.

6. At the request of a guest the hotel provides the following services, free of charge:
- information related to the guest’s stay and travel
- wake-up calls
- safe deposit of money and valuables
- luggage storage – for registered guests only

7. Children under the age of three are ensured a free of charge stay providing no cot is necessary.

8. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:0 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Sundays and holidays. Please refrain from taking the food away from the restaurant.

9. Bringing in or consuming any food or alcoholic beverages bought outside the restaurant is strictly prohibited.

10. Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent.

11. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. (Please contact us in special situations; additional charges will apply).

12. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or any objects having artistic or scientific value unless stored in the hotel safe deposit.

13. The hotel shall not be liable for any damage or loss of a car or any other vehicles.

14. Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.

15. Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access of third parties and to leave the room card at the reception every time they leave the hotel.

16. Under no circumstances can a room be transferred to third parties, even if it has been duly paid for.

17. Non-guests are allowed in the hotel bedrooms from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

18. On the hotel premises quiet hours apply between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

19. On account of fire safety the use of immersion heaters, irons or any other electric appliances which do not constitute the hotel’s equipment is prohibited in hotel rooms.

20. In the case of a no-show without cancellation, 100% of the value of the first night stay will be charged.

21. Inebriated or intoxicated guests disturbing the hotel’s proper functioning and the peace and quiet of other persons may be removed from the hotel immediately.

22. Smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Guests violating the regulations will be charged 200zł compensation (for walls repainting or fire brigade costs).

23. The hotel may refuse to host a person who, during his previous stay, committed a major violation of the regulations, in particular by inflicting damage to the hotel’s property or its guests; by causing personal harm to another guest, employee or any other person on the premises of the hotel or by disturbing the peace of other guests or the functioning of the hotel in any other manner.

24. Items left behind by a guest will be sent on request by post at the guest’s expense to any address the guest may specify. If not specifically instructed the hotel will store such items for three months.
